What’s Liverpool Book Festival About?
Liverpool Book Festival is essentially a book fair on steroids and there isn’t anything quite like it! The unique event features over 60 authors selling their books, artisan stalls, street food, fascinating talks, incredible live music and a Kidz Zone with activities for young ones throughout the day.
On the day, you can buy signed books from some of the region’s finest authors in person and a few special guests including crime bestseller Conrad Jones, celebrity chef Dave Critchley, SAS legend Rusty Firmin and comic book legends Tim Quinn and Kev Sutherland. Meanwhile, you can browse artisan stalls, indulge in mouthwatering street food, listen to fascinating talks and enjoy stunning live music!

The Kidz Zone & Under 12s Go Free!
At the Liverpool Book Festival Summer Special on Sunday 2nd August there’s a big emphasis on families! Adult tickets are just £15 and Under 12s go free — with access to the Kidz Zone throughout the day — meaning it’s a super affordable thing to do during the summer holidays.
