Like many, Frank struggled in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic. Years of partying, takeaways and long hours in an office job had taken their toll. He was overweight, battling poor physical and mental health, suffering from high blood pressure and dependent on multiple medications. With a family history of heart disease – his father died of a heart attack at just 59 – Frank knew his future could take the same path.
Frank explained: “I had been living a very unhealthy lifestyle for a long time. Humans are creatures of habit and unfortunately mine weren’t good ones. I knew about my family’s history of poor heart health but was living in denial and taking meds for my high blood pressure. When the doctor told me I’d need to increase my medication or I could die, it was the wake-up call I needed.”

Having tried various gyms and trainers in the past without lasting results, Frank discovered Limitless Lifestyle Community, a unique concept in Liverpool offering unlimited personal training, nutritional guidance through its in-house protein café and a focus on building healthy, long-term habits.
