Located at 108 Seaview Road, Lemmingtons is proudly Wirral’s first 100% gluten-free café and bakery, and it’s already proving to be a game-changer for local residents who have struggled to find safe and delicious options when eating out. Lemmingtons owners Adam McCabe and his partner Danielle said: “We are absolutely thrilled and overwhelmed by the public response. We knew it was going to be a big day but we were blown away by the demand and feedback. Our team worked exceptionally hard all day and if this is a sign of things to come we’d better prepare for a very busy year ahead. We’d like to thank everyone for their support and love.”

Adam, a chef with 14 years of experience, first launched Lemmingtons as a pop-up business at events two years ago after noticing more and more people choosing — or needing — to go gluten-free. The feedback from customers was so positive that he made the bold decision to quit his job and go full-time, a move that has now led to the opening of the new permanent café and bakery.
