Lemmingtons owners Adam McCabe and his partner Danielle said: “We are absolutely thrilled and overwhelmed by the public response. We knew it was going to be a big day but we were blown away by the demand and feedback. Adam, a chef with 14 years of experience, first launched Lemmingtons as a pop-up business at events two years ago after noticing more and more people choosing — or needing — to go gluten-free. The feedback from customers was so positive that he made the bold decision to quit his job and go full-time, a move that has now led to the opening of the new permanent café and bakery.
