Rhyl is preparing to host its biggest Pride celebration yet, with an exciting day of live entertainment, music, family-friendly activities and community spirit set to take over three venues across the town on Saturday 20th June.
Three popular venues will be at the centre of the festivities, each offering its own unique programme of entertainment throughout the day. The main stage at Ellis Vaults will be hosted by The Royal Serenity, while The Local will be hosted by Hannah Poppey and The George by Jodie Fletcher.
A packed lineup of performers is set to keep crowds entertained, featuring The Royal Serenity, Noisewave, Ella-Grace, Britain’s Got Talent finalists Han & Fran, the Royal Serenity Queens, Sarah Price and many more. Visitors can also look forward to spectacular entertainment away from the stage, including stilt walkers, fire dancers and live party anthems in the beer garden, ensuring there is something for everyone.
Organisers have emphasised that the event is family-friendly, with both Ellis Vaults and The Local welcoming children from 12pm until 7pm. Families are encouraged to come along and take part in the celebrations. Best of all, entry to the event is completely free, making it accessible for everyone who wants to be part of the occasion.
Venue manager Kyran Jones said: “Pride celebrations continue to play an important role in bringing communities together, promoting acceptance and creating spaces where people can feel safe to be themselves. We hope the event will not only be a memorable celebration but also help showcase everything Rhyl has to offer.”
With thousands expected to attend, the town is set to be filled with colour, music and positivity as people come together to celebrate Pride and help bring new energy to Rhyl’s streets and businesses.
