A CHRISTMAS EVENT FOR BOOK LOVERS IS COMING TO LIVERPOOL!

A special Christmas event for book lovers is coming to Liverpool this November! Liverpool Book Festival is hosting a Christmas Special event at BoxPark on Sunday 15th November — an ideal event to buy books and bookish presents for Christmas! The event will feature 60+ authors selling their books, special guests, artisan stalls, street food, talks and book launches, live music and a visit from Santa for children!

Liverpool Book Festival has again rotated authors to ensure that it’s fresh each time. Joining us on Sunday 15th November are some famous faces such as:

Artisan Stalls & Street Food
Liverpool Book Festival has curated a fascinating mix of artisan traders — with a few existing ones and some festival first timers. Guests can browse a range of artsy and bookish products ideal for Christmas gifts courtesy of some of the region’s wonderful bakers, makers and creators. There’ll even be live portraits available. Meanwhile, the BoxPark street food vendors will be offering mouthwatering delights!

A Special Visit From Santa
On the day there will be plenty of children’s and young people’s authors if you’re looking for Christmas gifts for young people. For the little ones, Positivity Club With Jess is hosting a special Visit From Santa from 11am-1pm. Children can attend the event for free and on the day they can meet Santa, who will give them children’s books and creative presents. A great way to combine festive fun whilst promoting literacy for young children.

The festival came 3rd for Event Of The Year at Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards and has been featured by BBC News, and continues to go from strength to strength — with a revolving line up and a new experience each time.
