Families across Birkenhead and beyond are invited to a fantastic FREE arts and crafts event on Saturday 21st November, with character visits, creative workshops, fun activities, cake and drinks – and the opportunity to have their say on the future of the town!
Birkenhead-based community interest company Wish & Wonder CIC is hosting the exciting family event at Wish Upon A Party on Argyle Street, Birkenhead, from 10am until 3pm, promising a fun-filled day for families of all ages. The event forms part of Pride in Place, an initiative that will see a huge funding boost for Birkenhead, with local people being encouraged to share their ideas about how the town can be improved and what the investment should be spent on.

A FUN-FILLED DAY OF FREE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
Wish & Wonder CIC has organised a fantastic selection of activities designed to bring families together, encourage creativity and promote positive mental health. There will be special character visits, giving youngsters the chance to meet some exciting characters and enjoy a little extra magic throughout the day.
Creative families can also get involved in The Art Of Socialising craft sessions with Lucy, offering the perfect opportunity for children and parents to get creative, try something new and enjoy making things together. Meanwhile, Positivity Club With Jess will be delivering positive mental health games, helping children and families explore wellbeing, confidence and positivity through fun, interactive activities.
And to make the day even sweeter, there will be FREE drinks and cake for those attending! With no admission charge and a welcoming atmosphere, the event promises to be a brilliant opportunity for local families to enjoy quality time together without worrying about the cost.
