The play, which is also a musical featuring original songs, charts the emotional journey of Cynthia’s life before during and after Beatlemania. ‘This Girl’ will now feature a live band and eight brand new songs, making it one of the must see musicals of the year! Last year’s sell out production received huge coverage in the likes of The Guardian and the BBC news and once again represents a fantastic opportunity for all involved.

‘This Girl’ tells the story of Cynthia Powell, a shy student from Hoylake, who fell in love with a young musician called John when they met at Liverpool Art College in 1957. She became Cynthia Lennon, his wife and mother of their son, Julian. This exciting project will again draw audiences from across the world, making this an ideal opportunity for actors and singers to showcase their work.
