What’s Bootleggers about?
Despite opening just before lockdowns, Bootleggers has developed an incredible reputation as one of the true gems of Wirral when it comes to great food, drink and somewhere cool to hang out. With their own on-site bakery that produces their own bread without additives and divine food including gourmet Sunday roasts, it’s a winner if you’re looking for somewhere new to try off the beaten track!
Located on Seabank Road, just down the road from New Brighton’s busy hotspots, Bootleggers has a great atmosphere with top service and locals love it — hence the countless 5 star reviews, Trip Advisor Certificate Of Excellence and Restaurant Guru Award. Bootleggers is owned by Cory and Germaine, fabulous couple, and is open Weds-Sat 12pm-10pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.

What’s on the menu?
If you’re after quality and variety, you’ve got it at Bootleggers! The lunch menu is available Weds-Sat 12pm-5pm and serves homemade delights such as chilli, quesadillas, burritos, boss burgers, loaded fries and more — with loads of vegan options available.
During the evenings they have an incredible dinner menu — with dishes such as wings, chicken strips, ribs, burritos, pasta, mouth-watering steaks, fish specials and more. They also offer creative cocktails and it’s the perfect place to chill on Sundays — with American style Sunday Brunch from 10am and gourmet Sunday Roast Dinners to die for!

Christmas Dining….
If you’re looking for somewhere incredible to dine this Christmas, Bootleggers is a must for your consideration! Offering Christmas Dinner with a twist, you can expect gorgeous starters, mains such as slow roasted beef and garlic and rosemary lamb, vegan and gluten free options and mouth-watering desserts. Three course gourmet Christmas Dinners are available for £30 throughout December.
