Before stepping into coaching, Sarah spent more than 15 years in finance, eventually becoming a Chartered Management Accountant through Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She worked her way up from bookkeeping and purchase ledger, studying relentlessly — sitting around 35 to 40 exams while balancing work and travel to London for training.
It was a journey that brought professional prestige and steady progression. But after reaching a senior finance role at a major British airline, Sarah began questioning whether corporate life was all there was. “I looked around and thought — is this it?” she recalls. “I was surrounded by long hours, budgets and burnout culture, so I started exploring personal development, manifestation and the law of attraction, sensing there was another path.”

The turning point came during lockdown. Working remotely in a high-pressure airline environment while caring for her young daughter, Sarah found herself stretched beyond breaking point. One moment changed everything — after being told on a work call that children shouldn’t be present, she broke down in tears. Her daughter came over, wiped away her tears and hugged her.
“That was the moment I knew I was done,” Sarah says. “I wasn’t going to model that life for my children. Shortly after deciding to resign, I was offered redundancy — it was my ticket to freedom. I used the funds to invest in mindset coaching, healing modalities and learning how to build an online business. Five years later, I am completely unemployable and have never looked back.”

Today, Sarah helps women break free and achieve success the way she has — although her approach to coaching is far removed from rigid formulas or scripted discovery calls. Most client relationships begin organically through social media conversations, often moving into relaxed Zoom chats where Sarah focuses less on business goals and more on understanding the person behind them.
She asks about passions, dreams, family, purpose — and listens deeply. Her intuitive approach helps her identify blind spots, patterns and untapped gifts clients often cannot see in themselves. She is particularly focused on challenging “should” thinking — the expectations and obligations that can keep women disconnected from what genuinely lights them up.
