Paula explains: “I have worked in the hair and beauty industry for most of my life, before entering hospitality. I owned an award-winning bar called Alhambra, which I spent £70,000 refurbishing. In 2021, I lost everything when a sinkhole in Old Swan destroyed it, and I was left with no support to rebuild my life.”

She continued: “I returned to the skincare industry after discovering the Plaxel Plasma pen in the USA.
