The stylish restaurant, bar and events space has had an extremely busy January thanks to the new dream team in the kitchen. The new food offering is available 12-8pm Weds-Fri, 9am-8pm Sat and 9am-6pm — with breakfasts at weekends, a pub classic menu, a Jay & Alex Specials menu and a Sunday roast menu.

On the classics menu you’ll find excellent value and hearty pub dishes such as fish and chips, gammon and steak pie, alongside sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, burgers and loaded fries. The Jay & Alex Specials menu, featuring gastro dishes such as sirloin steak, filo pastry and fillet of cod, has been a huge hit — whilst the Sunday roast menu is now available on Wednesdays too.

Whilst January is usually a very quiet month in hospitality, New Brighton Bar & Lounge has been booming, with additional thanks to some large bookings. The restaurant and bar offers free venue hire for special occasions such as birthdays and baby showers and can seat up to 75 people for private dining — with a hotel upstairs for party guests.

New Brighton Bar & Lounge still offers all the live sport and live music on Friday and Saturday nights. You’ll often find a buzzy atmosphere at the plush venue, with cosy booths for intimate dining and areas that can be separated for private parties.
