BNR was founded by Hildah Munikwa and Farayi Murenga in 2014, initially as an agency to assist people in care homes, hospitals and their own homes but as time grew, so did their plan to help care for as many people as possible. Today, BNR have a number of their own supported living homes across Merseyside and 120 amazing staff who provide exceptional levels of care and support.

That said, on the night everyone was a winner as the organisation reached its milestone 10 years. BNR’s ethos of kindness, quality care, compassion and a collective approach to care ensures that their staff are as appreciated as much as the people they care for. The event was testament to that and the leadership team want to further shine a light on their incredible work.

Director Stefan Brunt said: “Our staff are the heartbeat of the organisation. They are the difference between people being locked away from society and them being able to go on days out, even to football matches and gigs. In a world where influencers can make fortunes for just posting stuff online, these are the real heroes who change lives and work miracles on a daily basis.”
