21st Amendment
Coming very soon to Hoylake in July 2022, 21st Amendment is an exciting new speakeasy restaurant and bar that’s opening where the old Quadrant restaurant was. A sister venue to the super successful 21st Amendment on Penny Lane, this new gem will offer quality gastro pub food, daily seasonal specials, Sunday roasts, cocktails and regular live music in a prohibition era setting. With Chef Sam Creedon on board (worked for Michel Roux Jnr), you can expect top notch cuisine!

This amazing new family run restaurant on Banks Road in West Kirby offers a menu for every season featuring classical and seasonal dishes with a modern twist – including seasonal Sunday roasts. With sumptuous and stylish decor, 625 offers a refined menu with small plates, meat, steak, vegetable and fish dishes — as well as some delightful desserts and fine wines. Bamboo Thai
Situated on Hoylake Road just up from Moreton Cross and open Tue-Sun, Bamboo Thai has had rave reviews since opening in December 2021. The new restaurant offers quality Thai street food dishes in a relaxed open plan environment with sumptuous modern decor. Check out their amazing offer of kids eat free with every paying adult Tuesday to Thursday when dining from their regular menu and they deliver too!

Elite
Another great addition to the Moreton restaurant scene and open Tues-Sun, Elite is a family run Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant that’s all about top quality food and drink and super friendly service. With countless 5 star reviews, it offers gorgeous Turkish and Mediterranean delights such as kebabs, mezes and koftas and quality cocktails in a classy environment. Check out their lunch offer of a meze and main for £12.95 (Tues-Thurs 12pm-4pm) and 2 cocktails for £12 (Tues-Thurs all day).

Forked Up
Started as a takeaway delivery service during lockdown, Forked Up has exploded in popularity — so much so that they are now serving their heavy scran from a trendy restaurant and cocktail bar in New Brighton. Taking over the kitchen at Habibi in the Victoria Quarter, with a large outdoor terrace opposite the James Atherton, Forked Up offers fantastic plant based Asian-fusion cuisine such as mouth watering bao buns (as shown above), gyoza dumplings, katsu curry, their famous Oriental bowls and a wide range of delicious cocktails.

Mon Ami Brasserie
This gorgeous new family owned French restaurant has had rave reviews since opening in West Kirby! Open 7 days a week on Banks Road, Mon Ami offers Petit Dejeuner, Petit Plats, Biftecks and everything in between — with beautiful Art-Deco detail in their luxurious restaurant. Pina Loca
We absolutely love this new gem! Opened in Bromborough Village on Allport Lane, Pina Loca has absolutely smashed it since opening in November 2021 — with countless 5 star reviews. Offering mouth watering Mexican small plates, colourful cocktails, a super cool soundtrack and incredible service in their stylish venue, it’s fast become one of the best restaurants in Wirral. Highly recommended!

Tahona
Another new Mexican that’s opened, Tahona offers Mexican street food and cocktails in the heart of Heswall! Situated next to Otto Lounge just off Telegraph Road, Tahona is bright and colourful with a relaxed atmosphere and is open 6 days a week (closed Mondays). The talk of Heswall, it’s already become a big hit since opening in June 2022. Check them out for some awesome special offers!

The Good Hood
The Good Hood opened their first 35-seat joint in West Kirby with one goal in mind: to serve great burgers, beers, cocktails and more in an upbeat graffiti setting with a New York vibe. Their burgers have gone down a storm, as have their whimsical, over-the-top cocktails and desserts. Their colourful outside backyard serves food and drinks all day in the sun, with old-school tunes. With cool decor and a menu that also includes vegan options, fresh pizza, fried chicken and nachos, The Good Hood is one of the coolest new hangouts around!

The Mess @ The Fort
Big news in New Brighton as an eatery in the iconic Fort Perch Rock has opened! The Mess has opened at this historic landmark — a coffee shop and restaurant serving gorgeous coffee and cake, breakfast, lunch, authentic Italian pizzas, ice cream and more! Coming soon to The Mess is a weekly events programme which includes music, poetry, comedy and more. Keep your eyes peeled for a new WW2 Escape Room opening at The Fort soon too!

Woodside Ferry Village has recently been named one of the 12 best food markets in the UK by Visit Britain and to add to its offering there are some great new vendors. Joining Scooby’s, Haku Sushi, Ena Pa Caribbean and Caffe Cream are Fayre (English cuisine), Alex’s Pita (Greek food such as gyros), Joro (vegan delights) and the new Murphy’s Gin and Pausha bars.
