Merseyside has a vibrant electronic music scene, from underground warehouse parties to huge sell-out events that attract some of the best DJs in the world. There’s also an abundance of amazingly talented local DJs and it’s something we like to shout about at La Vida Liverpool. La Vida Liverpool In The Mix is a series of exclusive mixes from some of Merseyside’s best DJs to celebrate our thriving scene and provide you with some delightful sounds for your listening pleasure. This mix is provided by Aaron Noon.
21-year-old Aaron Noon only started DJing in 2016, messing around on an old set of decks in a joinery unit his friends owned. People started to notice how quickly he picked up the art of DJing and he was asked to play at an event in Liverpool. His set attracted a lot of attention and he was then asked to play at an all day Onyx party — going from strength to strength he then became co-founder of Freedom To Party events, supporting the likes of Pirate Copy and Liverpool legend, Mike Knowler.
Aaron is one of Liverpool’s most exciting rising stars and has since supported Deborah De Luca at Underground on his 21st birthday — playing to 1500 people — as well as playing at the huge Freedom To Party and Street Life party with the likes of Andy Carroll and Jon Pleased Wimmin. Aaron specialises in house and tech and in this exclusive mix for La Vida Liverpool he delivers a fantastic house mix — starting off with an interesting mix of Camelphat then delving into all sorts of house classics. Enjoy!
