This mix is provided by Prudence.
DJ, Producer and Promoter, Prudence, started DJing house and techno at the tender age of 15 and soon went on to play at events locally and nationally. Things took a huge leap forward in 2012 when he founded ‘Motion Presents’ — an events brand that went on to bring some of the biggest names in house and techno to the North West. Through Motion Presents, Prudence has booked and played alongside the likes of Carlo Gambino, Sebastien Leger, Guy J, Format B and Kevin Saunderson to name a few and has played b2b with the likes of Noir and Detlef.
In recent times, Prudence has taken some time out from putting on events and has focused on studio time. His recent work has been supported by the likes of Tim Baresko, Shaf Huse and AGAR, as well as having support from Ollie Drop, Reece Serna of Link Library Records, Earl Staff of Sussed and Maff Robinson of WEarehouse. Chris told us of his particular thanks to James Burton and Pax.
His live performances will always remain a force of nature though and he is renowned for his energetic techno sets with big drops. In this exclusive mix for La Vida Liverpool, Prudence treats us to a dark and groovy high tempo mix with plenty of drops and effects to tickle our techno taste buds.
