Reflecting on her journey, Ange shared: “On paper, I had the life I always wanted—my wonderful husband, our home, a strong career, and two beautiful children. Yet, deep down, I felt like something was missing. Anxiety, stress, and even panic attacks became part of my daily life. I realised something had to change.”
She continued: “I committed to prioritising myself, and the more I reconnected with who I truly was, the stronger I became. I wanted other women to experience that same transformation, so I walked away from my corporate job, trained as a coach, and founded Virago Wellness. Within six months, 125 women had worked with me, proving that I wasn’t alone—so many women were struggling with the same disconnect. Almost five years and hundreds of transformations later, I’ve never looked back.”

In addition to her coaching work, Ange is also the Co-Founder of Trinity Wellness CIC, a collective of wellbeing professionals dedicated to bridging the gap for women in society. Trinity Wellness provides physical, mental, and emotional support to women and girls across Kirkby, Bootle, and Litherland, helping them build resilience and reclaim their power.
