Events 471’s Carrick Moran said: “We set out to do things differently — to give local up and coming artists a platform and a fair deal, whilst bringing some huge names to Wirral. We’ve had some great success stories with local artists who have come through whilst we’ve brought legends such as Anika Nilles and Everything Yes to Wirral. Meanwhile we’ve been showcasing poetry and art.”

He continued: “Bringing Da Googie and Loop Fader to Future Yard is a great example of our diversity — we’re not afraid of the experimental and obscure. It’s an honour to be bringing one of the UK’s most renowned bass players to Future Yard and the night promises to be a multi-sensory experience with other worldly sounds!”
