Manager Susan McQuade said: “The first Spanish night was an incredible success and the feedback was amazing. The place was packed and it was such a great party atmosphere. We’ve worked really hard to build up our reputation of being a thriving destination with something for everyone — offering fantastic food and drink 7 days a week and great entertainment every weekend.”
She continued: “I’m really proud of the team for all their hard work and to the chefs for consistently putting out quality dishes from the breakfasts at weekends to the pub classics and specials to the Sunday roasts that are also available on Wednesdays. As a hotel we’re busier than ever and as a venue and restaurant we’re booming so we’re definitely doing something right.”
