Saturday 14th August sees a slight switch in musical styles from dance to more traditional indie as London four piece The Big Moon return to the city after selling out their early 2020 O2 Academy show in support of their Top 20 album ‘Walking Like We Do’. Uptempo Halifax three piece The Orielles also make a graceful return bringing their seamless second album ‘Disco Volador’ to life at the Wind Factory after an absence of four years.

Promoter Revo said: “After selling out our Birkenhead edition in record time it’s a wonderful feeling to be announcing a further two FestEvol events for the region at the much loved Invisible Wind Factory venue. We’ve had an enforced 18 months out the game and I’m encouraged that consumer confidence in live music has returned.”

He continued: “These events are tailor made to showcase some of the brightest and best artists in the country under one roof with a beautiful and soon to be announced supporting cast of the best groups from the region and beyond. Both Saturdays are going to be a beautiful experience with friends surrounded by friends watching their friends perform live on stage, it’s everything we’ve missed and more.”
