The Refreshment Rooms has a great reputation for serving generous portions of quality home cooked pub food in a relaxed environment. The interior has many attractive traditional features, whilst outside there’s a sunny beer garden with a kids play area and a pirate ship feature. The pub and restaurant is popular amongst families, walkers, cyclists, dog owners (it’s dog friendly) and those who love a secret getaway for a few hours.
What’s the Valentine’s Night deal?
On Thursday 14th February, The Refreshment Rooms is offering a special Valentine’s 3 course menu for just £65.00 per couple. The deal includes a welcome glass of fizz; a Texan, seafood or vegetarian sharing platter to start; a choice of silver bream, beef fillet, shoulder of lamb, chicken breast or wild mushroom and porcini pasta for the main course and a delicious selection of desserts or a cheese platter to finish. The night includes live music from 8pm, with top saxophonist David Gilbertson playing live sax to beautiful backing music.

What’s the Mother’s Day deal?
On Sunday 31st March, The Refreshment Rooms presents a special Mother’s Day breakfast (with or without fizz) from 9am until 11am and throughout the day they’ll be serving their ever popular Sunday menu until 9pm at regular prices! So that’s no extra cost to take your Mum to one of Wirral’s finest choices for Sunday lunch or dinner on the banks of the Mersey!
