She continued: “We became vegan when our daughter Lottie, who was 5 years old at the time, decided she didn’t want to harm animals any more. Since then we haven’t looked back and now have two restaurants — Veggie Republic and Planet Vegan. Our aim is to break the stigma and make vegan and veggie eating fun with loads of choice. Hopefully our offer will encourage more meat eaters to consider this way of eating.”
