The new Limitless Recovery Suite features Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Infrared and Traditional Saunas and Ice Baths, all in a boutique environment limited to just four guests. At just £20 p/h to use the facilities (£50p/h for HBOT), the treatment rooms offers the best value around and each visit includes private showers, towels and complimentary ginger shots.
