At Christmas you can expect starters such as cauliflower and chestnut soup, chicken liver parfait and beetroot cured salmon, whereas mains include dishes such as chicken roast, oven baked salmon and wild mushroom, chestnut and squash wellington. The Royal Liver Suite’s December parties start at £49.95 per head for lunchtime celebrations and £64.95 per head for evening celebrations.
