The city centre gym, located on Dale Street, offers unlimited personal training 7 days a week, as well as a 24/7 support group, a sustainable nutrition plan, stretching classes, circuits, massage treatments, a wellness cafe, social events, a run club, challenges, retreats and more. On Sunday 17th November, the team and gym members attended the Grand Final of the national Englands Business Awards in Birmingham. They won the Best Health & Fitness Business award from the shortlist of businesses throughout the country – doubling up after winning the regional award back in July.
