The Healing Time story….
Founder Jennie Reay created the concept after going on her own personal healing journey. She suffered from fibromyalgia, a condition that caused her muscle pain and fatigue, and also anxiety due to personal stresses but was healed through the ‘Bowen Technique’ — a non evasive holistic therapy similar to reiki. After her ‘miracle’ recovery through the method, she became qualified in it and many other practices.
Jennie became fully qualified in the Bowen Technique, psychodynamic, spiritual and relationship counselling, reiki, intuitive healing, advanced psychic and mediumships, crystal healing, hopi ear candles and more. She opened Healing Time in 2020 to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing for the local community — with 12 practitioners, 5 treatment rooms and over 20 different services and treatments.

Counselling….
Counselling is available at Healing time from 10am until 5pm, with Jennie and a team of highly trained counsellors available to help treat a wide range of conditions through a number of methods and practises. Counselling is very affordable, starting at £40 per session, and there’s occasionally funding available.

Rooms are available for £15 per hour or £80 per day, with a staff portal to book out space and a cafe available for use on site too!
