The city centre gym, located on Dale Street, offers unlimited personal training 7 days a week, as well as a 24/7 support group, a sustainable nutrition plan, stretching classes, circuits, massage treatments, a wellness cafe, social events, a run club, challenges, retreats and more. The aim is to provide a 360 degree approach and offer members ongoing sustainable change rather than a quick fix.

In addition to changing people’s lives through a sustainable approach, the community has been on retreats, had various community events, numerous hikes across the UK and ran multiple half marathons. Members have also recently embarked upon the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge and a parachute jump — raising over £8,500 in total for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

On Sunday 14th July, the team attended the regional Englands Business Awards at the Mercury Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. They won the Best Health & Fitness Business award from the shortlist of businesses throughout the region and now progress to the national Grand Final in November.
