Cowfish Smokehouse
Cowfish Smokehouse is a local independent from the Wirral based on traditional Texan barbecue, specialising in ‘Low n Slow’ meats and treats from the US hours are spent perfecting our authentic stick burning smoker to deliver 12hr brisket, smoked pulled pork, lobster tail and many more. Known as the home of the oak smoked burger, each 6oz patty is made from black Aberdeen Angus beef and smoked slowly to maximise flavour, with many of our own sauces, slaw and salsa and they are always looking to add more homemade recipes..

Haku Sushi
Popular Japanese sushi restaurant, Haku, has now joined the Woodside Ferry Village offering yet more diversity to the food hall. Japanese street food at its finest, you can enjoy sushi, noodles, gyoza, donburi, ramen, katsu curry, bento boxes and more! Coming very soon to Woodside Ferry Village is Jojo’s Mediterranean street-food. A new vendor which will be bringing to you the flavours of the Mediterranean, with such a vast array of culinary delights Jojo’s are spoilt for choice. But what you can expect are very tasty foods cooked to order including Seafood, Halloumi Salad and Moroccan Lamb Skewer all made using only the best wholesome ingredients.
