Founder Deborah Paterson said: “It’s quite amazing when I think back to when I started out back in 2013 — just a handful of people in a village hall — and to now with hundreds of people coming every week and having to open a second venue. It’s really caught on and due to word of mouth we’ve grown to a level where we have no choice but to expand with a second venue.”

Deborah continued: “I set up the business because I was a physio of 10 years at Clatterbridge and turned to Pilates due to pelvic pain when I was pregnant. Amazed at the results, I trained to become a Pilates instructor and hosted the classes at village halls, churches and gyms for years before opening the Heswall venue in the midst of the lockdowns in 2020. It’s grown massively and we have an amazing team!”
