Carly Openshaw, Founder of Tiny Tools for Big Feelings CIC, said: “Too many women are quietly struggling with things they don’t always have the language for — hormones, burnout, neurodivergence, PMDD, anxiety, masking, menopause and the emotional load of constantly being the strong one.”
She continued: “This event is about creating a space where women can hear real conversations, access expert knowledge and feel less alone. We want women to leave feeling informed, validated and empowered, not dismissed or overwhelmed.”

The event is also a fundraiser for Tiny Tools for Big Feelings CIC, helping the organisation continue to provide emotional wellbeing support for women, children and families in the community. Since being founded in 2025, the project has delivered numerous community projects that have helped families navigate mental health and wellbeing challenges.
Carly added: “Tiny Tools was built from lived experience, professional experience and a real understanding that early support matters. This conference is more than a day out — it is part of our wider mission to make emotional health support more accessible, honest and human.”
