The hub will provide test-based nutrition, natural custom hair solutions and access to menopause health specialists, including free consultations. Healthy Habitz Hub exists to create a safe, welcoming space where women can access expert support, practical solutions and a genuine sense of connection. The aim is to help women better understand their bodies, improve their health and feel more confident, supported and empowered by bringing together menopause support, preventive health, test-based nutrition, wellbeing services and specialist care.

The hub is the vision of Menopause Health Specialist Jackie Fairweather and Aesthetics & Nutrition Expert Jane Hargreaves, both of whom bring years of experience in women’s health and wellbeing. Their shared goal is to create a welcoming environment where women feel understood, supported and empowered to take control of their health.

Jackie Fairweather says: “As a Menopause Health Specialist, I have seen first-hand the debilitating effects hormones and the menopause can have on women. It can be a lonely place, not feeling seen or heard, and that’s why specialists like me offer services and support to bridge the gap. But then I got speaking with Jane about creating a hub and a community that can offer further support.”
She continued: “We’ve decided to create a space that offers everything under one roof — the health, wellbeing, hormone and menopause support, but also aesthetics solutions and a supportive community. In addition to helping women navigate hormones and changes in their lives, helping them live healthier and happier lives, we want to also offer them free events and something they can be part of.”

To celebrate its opening, Healthy Habitz Hub will host a launch event on Saturday 6th June from 10am. The event promises to be a vibrant and engaging day, featuring expert talks, nutritious food, fizz, live acoustic music, networking, and goody bags that include free memberships. Women can drop in any time from 10am and throughout the day — with talks going on during both the morning and afternoon.
