LAST FEW PLACES REMAINING FOR MENOPAUSE EDUCATION EVENING

The last few places are available for a special menopause education event designed to provide practical advice, support, and honest discussion around one of the most significant transitions in women’s health.

The “Menopause Education Evening” will take place on Thursday 28th May 2026 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Healthy Habitz Hub in Formby, bringing together menopause specialist Jackie Fairweather and menopause coach Adele Johnston for an empowering and informative evening.

The event aims to create a safe and welcoming space where women can learn more about the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes associated with menopause and perimenopause. According to the event organisers, attendees can expect “real talk, support, education and empowerment” throughout the evening, with refreshments included and opportunities for open discussion.

The event is being held at Healthy Habitz Hub — a new women’s wellbeing hub in Formby that’s officially opening on Saturday 6th June. Designed to address both physical and emotional wellbeing, the hub offers a wide range of services under one roof. Healthy Habitz Hub offers FREE MEMBERSHIPS to women that gives them access to lots of free activities and events, as well as discounts on services.
