A suicide survivor has launched two new courses for 2022 that aim to tackle mental health issues and help others in the same way she healed herself. Bloom and Phoenix Rising are 4 week courses from Zarra Johnson that will start on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th January respectively and will help transform people through a number of different practises.

After suffering from years of troubles including abuse, post natal depression, anxiety, PTSD, homelessness and self sabotage, Zarra attempted to take her own life in 2013. Realising the severity of her situation and determined to fight for her daughter’s sake, she took herself on a journey of healing — starting with reiki and the law of attraction — and has now helped many others through her wellbeing centre, Morpho Healing Hub.

The Bloom Course starts on 11th January 2022 and runs from 7.30pm until 9pm. The course runs every week thereafter for 4 weeks and covers mind, body and soul connection, inner child healing, morning mastery & building good habits and ultimately the journey to self love.

The Phoenix Rising Course starts on Wednesday 12th January 2022 and again runs from 7.30pm until 9pm. This course also runs for 4 weeks and covers the law of attraction, dealing with trauma, self sabotage, stepping into your power, creating your future self and creating an action plan to get you there.
