Snooker legend Mark Williams MBE is coming to Liverpool for a one night only exhibition at The Adelphi Hotel on Friday 7th June 2024. The three time World Champion will share fascinating insights of his life and career, put on an exhilarating snooker showcase and challenge members of the audience to a frame.

The iconic snooker legend, endearingly known as ‘The Welsh Potting Machine’ for his entertaining style of play and long potting ability, will play 10 frames against 10 different players on the night. He will challenge current Merseyside Champion Of Champions, Gareth Hibbott, with opportunities for the audience to get involved.

From 7.30pm on Friday 7th June at The Adelphi Hotel, snooker fans are in for a treat! An evening of nostalgia and potting prowess awaits as one of snooker’s all time greats comes to Liverpool for one night only! There are various packages on offer and there will be a chance of playing a frame against Mark and winning snooker memorabilia via a raffle and auction on the night.

The first left handed player to win the World Championship, Mark Williams has won 25 ranking tournaments, including two UK Championships. In the 2002-03 season he became only the third player, after Steve Davis and Steven Hendry, to win all three ‘Triple Crown’ events in one season.

Tram Productions was founded by Tony Cook, who has been involved in the Liverpool snooker scene for many years. In addition to being an integral part of the Liverpool snooker leagues, Tony was until recently a member of an internationally renowned Beatles tribute band for 20 years and is now a professional tour guide with The Magical Mystery Tour.
A true ambassador for the city, Tony created Tram Productions to bring special and nostalgic events to Liverpool.
